© Fallstock Music Festival is a Gilleys Productions Event Made with Xara    Designed by Diddy @ Eye to Eye Productions Fallstock Festival - 22nd/23rd Oct 2010 - Review As you may have already seen in the Plympton Talk a few months ago Simon Gilley from Gilleys  productions organised and put on a fantastic new music festival at the Elfordleigh. The two day  event, called Fallstock, was held in October this year and was a huge success. It boasted live  entertainment, a BBQ and much more. Many fantastic local bands took part, some oldies and some  up and coming bands. The extensive list includes, Mad Dog Mcrea, Diamond  Geezers, Kitty and the Lost Boys, Decibelle, Stormseeker and, lots more.   On the first day of Fallstock (Friday 22nd) Decibelle and Too Hot, got the crowd warmed up and the  atmosphere pumping. According to the people I spoke to everyone was enjoying the food and the  Irish spirit that Mad Dog Mcrea brought to the event.  “On Friday night Mad Dog most defiantly stole  the show but all the other bands were awesome too!” The Saturday afternoon/evening saw bands like the Delahays, Kitty and the Lost Boys and Firefly.  Eclypse went on first and set the days rock theme, they got the crowd excited and ready for the  remaining bands. “I was at Fallstock both nights, it was a fantastic line-up of different bands. The BBQ was a great idea and  overall the weekend was well worth the money. I would definitely come again.”  Simon Gilley owner and founder of Gilleys Productions said that this was the second year doing  Fallstock and it was much bigger than last year and that the atmosphere and attendance was  outstanding. Simon has decided to continue to run Fallstock and aims to make it bigger and better every  year and in a few years having more than one stage. Simon says his aim for Fallstock is for it to be  “better than Glastonbury!” the prices of tickets are very low compared to other local festivals and  Simon’s aim is to keep it that way, he says “I’m going to beat the credit crunch in my own way!!”   Fallstock will be held again next October so look out for flyers, posters and of course in the Plympton Talk. You can  also find Fallstock on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter.
